3  STEPS  TO  PLACE  AN  ORDER  BY  SURFACE  MAIL  OR  COURIER:

1 - YOUR  PHOTOS -
  • DO NOT mail any original photos to us! Your memories are irreplaceable and if your original photos were to be lost or destroyed due to shipping problems, they could be lost forever. We accept digitized photos on CD or Re-prints of your original photos.
  • You will need to find a local printer who can digitize your photos onto a CD (scanned at no less than 600DPI and saved as high quality jpg or tiff) or make printed copies of your originals. Kinko's stores that have the "Sony Picture Station" can provide either of these services for you.

2 - ORDER  FORM -

  • Print out our order form and FILL  IT  OUT  COMPLETELY !

3 - SHIP -

  • Whether you are using the post office or a courier service, be certain that your photos or CD are packaged according to the shipper's guidelines.
  • Be certain that your order form is included with your package!

1 - ORDER FORM -
  • Click here to fill out the digital order form and upload your photos directly from your computer.

PROCESSING -

Once your materials are received, we will make an assessment and contact you through the method you indicated on the order form with a firm quote for the services you require. When your work is completed, we will e-mail to you a water-marked version of the restored/retouched photo for your approval at which time we will finalize your order and await your payment prior to shipping. When payment-in-full is received, we will ship your order out to you along with the original materials you sent to us.

REFUNDS -

Printed or archived materials on CD or DVD - We are in business to satisfy you. If, however, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, you will need to return the materials we sent to you. Upon receipt of the returned materials, you will be refunded the full amount which you have paid to us for services rendered. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Digital Files - We will not refund for photo files which have been e-mailed to you after having received your initial approval of the water-marked image.
